The Institute for International Economics, Finance and Information technology represents:
- an opportunity to receive higher education under the following qualification standards: bachelor – specialist – master; branches of knowledge: economics and enterprise, systems sciences and cybernetics, informatics and computer engineering; areas of training: finance and credit, accounting and auditing, marketing, applied mathematics, computer sciences (see below a complete list of areas, specialties and majors).
- a high-capacity, professional academic teaching team (80% of them are doctors, professors, Ph.D., assistant professors), which allows to train economists, marketing and financial experts, applied mathematicians, software engineers of a high professional level;
- a state-of-the-art level of the teaching process ensured due to introduction of progressive domestic and foreign forms of the educational process organization, use of modern information technology and active training methods, practical situations and control;
- use of effective extramural study modes, namely: participation in international advertising, marketing, mass media exhibitions, All-Ukrainian students’ marketing plans contests, advertising festivals, debating roundtables with an invariable assistance of leading scholars, practicing economists, managers and so forth;
- organization of training according to the current European educational model “instructor (scholar) – academic and scientific association of students – students’ creative research work” under which permanent acquisition of knowledge is ensured (students’ scientific circles “Banker,” “Marketing Expert,” “Economic knowledge,” “Economist,” “Problems of development of the Ukrainian financial system,” “Mathematics is an art”);
- a 2,000-strong student body with developed self-rule;
- arrangement of favorable conditions for leisure-time activities (traditional events: “Initiation into first-year students,” “First-year Student’s Debut,” “First-year Student’s Day,” Ukrainian Student Original Song Contest “Students’ Fall,” IAPM’s Student Beauty, Mister IAPM, Artwork Festival “Art Palette” etc.);
- unfailing interest in the graduates on the part of representatives of large international consulting companies, financial organizations, transnational companies, government institutions (a letter of commendation “To the Best Graduate” from the international auditing firm MGI Consulting).
